What is PTV Studio?

PTV Studio registered name is PRECH - TV STUDIO, which is the trading name that is registered in Nigeria. Our CAC registration number is: 3388224. This Agreement is between PTV Studio (referred to as “PTV.ng Streaming platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and you, the Account Holder. Your PTV Studio Account is maintained by our full team.

1. Scope of this agreement

  1. - Your Personal Balance is an e-money account held in naira. And real cash can't be withdraw to your bank account but can only be use for our services. On the other hand, for verified business user with special business balance, is able to withdraw cash to his bank account.
  2. - Business balance can only be funded with users who simply sell any of his/her Event/Show tickets using our website or our mobile App, and business balance must be verified by contacting our support team or visiting our office.
  3. - This Agreement is written in English and we shall communicate with you in English regarding any aspect of your PTV Studio account.
  4. - You acknowledge that we may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS for issuing any service notices or information about your PTV Studio Account and therefore it is important that you keep your e-mail address and mobile phone number updated via the PTV Studio Website or Mobile App. You will also receive news, marketing update and advert on your registered email and phone number.
  5. - Third Party company (PAYSTACK) use your valid debit card to fund your PTV Studio personal balance, and PAYSTACK also safe your data on their platform as PTV Studio Customer, to keep track of transaction.

2. Registering for your PTV Studio Account

  1. - To apply for a PTV Studio Account, you must be at least 16 years old, have a registered email and a phone number. Any registered user is free to verify his Business Account to be able to sell any of his/her Event/Show tickets.
  2. - We will register your PTV Studio Account for you on the basis of the information that you have provided to us. You must provide accurate information and to tell us of any changes as soon as possible so that our records remain correct.
  3. - To use your PTV Studio App, you will need to download the PTV Studio App via your mobile phone or visit the website on a browser.

3. Using your PTV Studio Account

PTV Studio Streaming platform is an Online Web & Mobile App that allows user to watch Unlimited Short Movies & TV Series. With the app you can also purchase Event/Show tickets and probably donate to the PTV Studio Foundation. On the other hand, you can also verify your business account where you also earn cash on your business account by selling your Event/Show tickets.



4. Adding funds to your PTV Studio Account

  1. - Personal Account can be funded with a valid debit card or any other transaction method used by the third party (PAYSTACK). Fees may be charged by Card Companies and Third party for depositing funds.
  2. - Business Account can only be funded by other users who purchase your Event/Show tickets. Note that, you need to be verified to be able to use the business account.

5. Payments out / Withdrawal of Funds

  1. - Personal Account don't accept pay out to normal bank account.
  2. - Business Account accept pay out to normal bank account.

6. Making Payments

  1. - You are responsible for every purchase you made on our system, and such payment can't be refunded to your account.

7. Using your Account

  1. - You can Fund Account and check the Available Balance and transaction history on the PTV Studio via our website or mobile App.
  2. - You can purchase Event/Show tickets.
  3. - You can watch unlimited Short Films and TV Series for free.
  4. - You can only withdraw from business balance.
  5. - You may disable your account by writing the support team.

8. Fees

  1. - Creating an account: NGN 0
  2. - Maintaining the account: NGN 0
  3. - Push Notifications and Email notification: NGN 0
  4. - Personal Account Funding: NGN 0 + Third Party charges
  5. - Sending from Personal Account to another customer Personal Account: NGN 0
  6. - Withdrawal Charges: 1.5%
  7. - Each purchase of your Event/Show tickets: 10 %
