PRECH - TV Studio is the trading name, registered in Nigeria. Our CAC registration number is: 3388224. “PTV.ng,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in this Privacy Policy refers to PTV Studio. This Privacy Policy applies whenever you use our services.

1. - Information submitted through PTV Studio app or website:
   When you sign up to PTV Studio, you provide details such as your name, email, phone number and so on. We will only use these information in strict accordance with the law.
2. - Your transaction details:
   Trusted Third parties(PAYSTACK) uses your debit cards or any other payment methods to fund your Personal balance. We record the Transaction type, date and time of any transactions on PTV Studio streaming platform.
3. - Device Information:
   Your internet service provider, your IP address, device make and model, the date and time you access PTV Studio Streaming platform services. This information is used to help improve our services.

What we do with your information

1. - Monitoring and keeping track of your information and all information you do with the PTV Studio Streaming platform.
2. - Send new updates (Email and Phone Number) about our product and services.
3. - Develop new features, services and products.

Who we share your information with

1. - Anyone who works with PTV Studio Streaming Platform and requires it to do their job.
2. - Third party payment gateway company(PAYSTACK) for funding account.

Whilst we issue notifications for key changes in your profile, if you suspect anything suspicious please let us know. We allow one device login at a time.
